1、 General provisions

1. Project acceptance shall include technical data review, on-site inspection and sampling inspection.

2. For GRC exterior walls with the same design, materials, process and construction conditions, 1000 ㎡ shall be taken as an inspection lot, less than 1000 ㎡ shall be divided into one inspection lot, and more than 10000 ㎡ shall be taken as 3000 ㎡ as an inspection lot. Each inspection lot shall be sampled at least 5 places, and each place shall not be less than 10 ㎡.

2、 Mobilization acceptance

1. The construction unit shall provide relevant supporting documents that meet the design requirements, including the approved design drawings and the manufacturer's type inspection report.

2. The documents and data such as GRC component product certificate, steel component and connector material certificate and certificate, installation sealant certificate, etc. shall be checked during mobilization acceptance.

3. GRC components shall be subject to performance retest, and GRC suppliers shall provide test panels consistent with the formula and production process of the construction project. The testing agency shall conduct testing according to the current industry standard Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement Exterior Wall Panels JC/T 1057 or Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Decorative Products JC/T 940. The retest shall be carried out after the GRC components are officially put into production. Each project should be retested once. Special requirements should be specified in the contract.

4. If required by the design or contract, the compatibility test report of sealant and GRC materials shall be provided.

5. The mobilization of various materials involved in GRC exterior wall works shall be accepted according to the design requirements and relevant quality standards, and acceptance records shall be made. The entry acceptance record form can be filled in according to Appendix E of this standard.

6. The appearance, package and size of GRC members entering the site shall be spot checked, and the spot check proportion shall not be less than 1% (number of pieces or area).

3、 Intermediate acceptance

1. Intermediate acceptance of phased construction quality shall be carried out for GRC exterior wall works, and acceptance records shall be filled in.

2. Intermediate acceptance shall meet the following requirements:

(1) The shape, size and surface effect of GRC components shall meet the design or template requirements;

(2) Embedded parts, anchors, connectors, installation holes and grooves of GRC components shall meet the design requirements;

(3) The connection between GRC components and the main structure shall meet the design requirements, and the installation must be firm; Hainan GRC component

(4) The thermal insulation, waterproof, anti pollution, fire prevention and lightning protection of GRC exterior wall works shall meet the design requirements;

(5) GRC exterior wall sealing construction and joint treatment shall meet the design requirements;

(6) The installation quality requirements of GRC components shall comply with the provisions of Section 10.5 of Technical Standards for Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement (GRC) Building Applications.

4、 Completion acceptance

1. The surface of GRC exterior wall works shall be thoroughly cleaned before completion acceptance.

2. The following data shall be submitted during the completion acceptance of GRC exterior wall works:

(1) Relevant GRC exterior wall design drawings, structural calculations, design change documents, etc. reviewed and confirmed by the architectural design unit;

(2) Relevant certificates, test reports and acceptance records at the mobilization acceptance and intermediate acceptance stages;

(3) Test report on drawing and shearing performance of embedded parts, anchors and connectors in GRC components required by the design unit;

(4) Intermediate acceptance records of concealed works;

(5) Test report of sand and exterior wall system performance required by the design unit;

(6) Construction records of on-site installation;

(7) GRC Completion Acceptance Form of External Wall Works;

(8) Other quality assurance data required by the contract.

3. The overall shape and surface effect of GRC exterior wall shall meet the design or template requirements.
