GRC component Roman column is more and more widely used in practice. Because of its high decorative effect and artistic value, it is gradually respected by people. Usually, we see Roman columns that have been installed, which are made by GRC component molds. How are GRC component Roman columns installed?
The GRC Roman column is composed of two parts, with embedded welding points on its edges.
1. First, buckle the two half column bases at the bottom of the column, and weld the welding points at the joints firmly to make them a whole;
2. Correct the position so that the column is in the center;
3. Fill the gap between the column base and the inner column with cement mortar;
4. In the same way, install the column body upward in turn, and pour one section at a time until the column head.
Roman column installation node There are two types of Roman column installation: one is the installation of non load-bearing hollow Roman column, and the other is the installation of load-bearing Roman column.
I. Installation node of non load-bearing hollow GRC Roman column
1. First of all, the welding points shall be embedded in the installation position of the column, brick body or concrete.
2. According to the inner diameter of GRC Roman column, angle steel shall be welded into a tripod as the inner keel. The lower part shall be firmly welded with the underground embedded parts first, and the upper part shall be reserved first. The tripod can be connected upward with the installation.
3. Cover the column base and the column body on the keel, correct the groove position, and then connect the embedded welding points on the column base and the column body with steel bars on the keel, and vertically install the groove section by section until the last column body.
4. The column head is composed of two halves. The triangular keel is directly welded to the upper embedded part, and then the head and the first half of the column head are combined to weld all welding points at the joints.
5. Finally, use cement to smooth all joints.
II. Installation method of load-bearing GRC Roman column
It is the same as the installation method of non load bearing GRC Roman columns, except that after the installation, concrete can be poured into the upper opening. The difference is that the load-bearing GRC Roman columns should be installed first and then capped, otherwise the concrete cannot be poured into the non load bearing GRC Roman columns, while the non load bearing GRC Roman columns can be decorated with buildings first and then GRC Roman columns.
The manufacturing and installation steps of GRC component Roman column are shared here. In fact, the installation of GRC component Roman column is not complicated. Pay more attention to its details during installation to avoid mistakes during installation.
