Hainan GRC component  

GRC (Glassfiber Reinforced Cement) component is a lightweight composite material composed of cement, glass fiber and other appropriate additives. It has excellent durability and weathering resistance, and is commonly used in the fields of building exterior wall decoration, interior decoration, etc. The following is the general installation process flow of GRC components:

1. Design and measurement: according to the architectural design drawings and actual site conditions, determine the size, shape and positioning of GRC components, and conduct accurate measurement and marking.

2. Prepare construction tools and materials: prepare required construction tools and materials, including supports, bolts, glue, screws, etc.

3. Installation support: according to the design and measurement results, install the support on the main structure of the building to ensure the stability and flatness of the support.

4. Install the starting component: fix the first GRC component on the support with bolts or screws according to the design requirements, and use glue or other adhesives for supplementary fixation.

5. Connecting and installing intermediate members: connect and install GRC members in turn, and firmly connect the members with the support through bolts, screws or other connectors.

6. Adjustment and correction: during installation, the components shall be horizontally and vertically corrected to ensure their tidiness, flatness and alignment.

7. Caulking and repair: use appropriate caulking materials to fill the gaps between components to ensure the beauty and tightness of the joints.

8. Protection and cleaning: as required, waterproof and antifouling treatment shall be carried out for the installed GRC components, and dirt such as glue and cement that may remain during construction shall be cleaned in time.
