1、 Quality difference

1) EPS components are based on polystyrene insulation board, and the product itself is light in weight, alkali resistant, frost resistant and thermal insulation, with fast production and construction cycle and convenient transportation.

2) GRC components are made of cement as the bonding material and alkali resistant glass fiber as the reinforcing material. The products are light in weight, high in strength, impact resistant, alkali resistant, frost resistant, diversified in shape and unchangeable.

2、 Advantages

1) EPS component: the protective layer outside Zui is a thin layer of polymer mortar as color as cement, the inside is alkali resistant glass fiber mesh cloth as reinforcement material, and the inside is filled with high-strength flame-retardant expanded polystyrene board (EPS) similar to "rice foam". Without external force, the service life can reach several decades. The bearing capacity and impact resistance are weak.

2) GRC component: cement mortar as the main material, mixed with a certain proportion of alkali resistant glass fiber as the reinforcement, 2-3 cm thick hollow material. It is lighter than pure cement material but not as load-bearing as the former. The bearing capacity of GRC component is slightly better than that of EPS component, but it is about 20% heavier than the former.

1) EPS components are widely used for exterior wall decoration of various villas, hotels, residences and business buildings.
