1. Installation and fixing method

a. Expansion screw anchoring method: Hainan GRC board shall be reserved with screw holes (pull-out) on the product according to the installation requirements, with the screw hole spacing more than 400mm horizontally and less than 500mm vertically, and then directly anchored to the wall (column) surface with expansion screws.

b. Welding method: set embedded iron parts on the wall (column) surface according to the installation requirements of GRC components, and then use electric welding. Method: Weld the steel plate embedded in the inner wall of GRC directly or with connecting rod. In order to ensure the installation quality, the attachments on the wall (column) base surface must be cleaned before the installation of GRC components. The embedded parts are required to be 15 mm within the surface of the external wall to prevent the overflow of rust water.

2. Joint treatment

a. When installing GRC components, the joint width shall be controlled at about 5 mm.

b. Joints between GRC members shall be filled with ordinary cement, fine sand and acrylic adhesive in three times after being mixed evenly.

c. The joints between GRC components and the wall are made of white building sealant with water emulsion.

d. Neutral white silica gel is used for the joint between GRC component and aluminum alloy surface.
