1. Base course treatment: the wall shall be cleaned and free of oil stains, floating dust, etc., and bulges larger than 4mm on the wall shall be removed. The interface mortar shall be evenly coated on the base course wall to be treated by spraying, brushing or roller coating.
2. Snap the reference line: snap the positioning line (centerline or sideline) at the position where the line foot is to be installed according to the construction drawing.
3. Preparation of mortar: the mortar shall be mixed evenly with an electric mixer according to the specified proportion. The amount of mortar prepared at a time shall be used up within one hour. The prepared mortar shall be protected from sun and wind, and shall not be used after the operation time.
4. Line installation:
1) Cut EPS components according to the installation dimensions in the drawing. EPS components are of standard size, and the splicing joint width shall be considered when cutting.
2) When special adhesive mortar is used to paste the lines, the thin layer full adhesion method shall be adopted, and the lines shall be pressed forcefully to ensure that the lines are full adhesion without hollowing. Attention shall be paid to removing the adhesive mortar overflowing around the lines and keeping the line surface clean. There shall be no head ash between the bonding joints, and the mortar joints shall be hooked as they are adhered, and the mortar joints shall be full.
3) For larger wire feet, support shall be set for temporary fixation during installation, and non-woven fabric shall be used at the interface to prevent cracking.
