Precautions for EPS foam line installation:
1. When EPS foam lines are installed, the wind force shall not be greater than Grade 5, and the ambient temperature shall not be greater than 38 ℃ and not lower than 5 ℃. When the temperature is lower than this, the adhesive mortar must use antifreeze formula.
2. Before installing and cutting EPS foam lines, it is not necessary to spray water on the wall to wet it. Dust, stains and other sundries that affect the bonding strength should be cleaned up.
3. During assembly, the assembly joint shall be left in the middle of the whole EPS component as far as possible.
4. When bonding EPS foam lines, mortar water shall be added according to the recommended amount of water. However, the amount of water added in mortar during splicing shall be 1-2% more than the recommended amount.
5. The newly bonded EPS foam lines shall be maintained to prevent rain wash, artificial damage, etc.
