2. Embedded parts are divided into external detection, internal detection, direct detection and concealed parts, which are directly anchored to the wall or bolted to the installed steel frame.

Installation process

Installation requirements

1. After installation, all embedded parts shall be 15~20mm lower than the external wall plastering. When the external wall plastering has been completed, the plastering layer must be chiseled at the installation point, and the embedded parts shall not be exposed.

2. When the external wall insulation is greater than 80mm, the embedded parts of the components must be deep into the insulation board, 20mm away from the wall. First, the insulation board shall be perforated, anchored with expansion bolts, and then the holes shall be filled with foam glue, and the surface shall be repaired with external wall putty before external decoration.

3. The installation of components shall be horizontal, vertical, overall line, complete decoration assembly, smooth and smooth curve, and the surface of components shall be free of pollution and defects.

4. The installation nodes of components shall be aligned accurately to prevent the components from being forced to twist in place due to the misplacement of embedded parts, resulting in installation stress and long-term deformation.

5. Component connection points must be connected in place without omission. The bolt connection must be tightened.

6. The component joints are smooth, and the joints are less than 10mm.

7. The vertical members shall avoid stacking the upper members on the bottom members layer by layer, and each member shall be hung and installed on the wall separately.

8. After the installation of components, the dust and stains on the surface shall be cleaned from top to bottom, and the joints shall be filled and polished smoothly.
