Hainan EPS line It is a new type of building decoration material, which is made of polystyrene as the main raw material through special processing. It has light weight, sound insulation, fire prevention, heat preservation and other functions, and will not absorb water. It is commonly used in self built houses in rural areas. As a simple installation material, if you want to achieve easy installation and long-term use, what problems do you need to pay attention to?
EPS line construction
1. Base treatment
Before construction, the wall shall be kept clean and tidy. Especially the dust and oil stains on the wall must be cleaned up. Because these substances will affect the pasting effect of EPS lines.
2. Paste EPS line
Cut EPS lines according to the design requirements, and then paste them. Three methods can be used: point sticking, strip sticking and point surface sticking. When pasting, ensure that there is sufficient bonding time between EPS lines and walls.
3. Take protective measures
In order to ensure that the EPS line will not be damaged by external forces, a protective film can be coated on its surface. Atek EPS line adopts zhuanli anti crack mortar, which can resist wind, rain and frost, and can not help man-made damage, and can achieve the same life as the building.
4. Qualified
The EPS lines shall be accepted after pasting. Check its appearance, size, flatness and other aspects to ensure that there is no problem.
Installation method
1. Plaster the EPS line with cement mortar, and then paste it as required. Be sure to stick EPS lines with even force without missing.
2. The external corner of the building and the surrounding of the door and window openings shall be provided with corner protection with a thickness of not less than 20 mm.
3、 After the EPS line is pasted, it shall be fixed with special anchors immediately. The spacing between fixed points of EPS line is about 600 mm, and should not be more than 1200 mm.
4. When the wall is concrete or plastered, After the EPS lines are pasted, polymer mortar shall be used for caulking immediately. A 40 × 30 mm panel shall be made about 300 mm away from the wall for caulking, and the junction surface of EPS lines and polymer mortar shall be cleaned.
5. When the external wall is insulated, The EPS lines shall be caulked with polymer mortar immediately after pasting.
Line advantages
EPS lines are also useful in building houses in rural areas. They are generally used for building decoration and can replace traditional GRC, with low cost. But if it is used for wall insulation, the effect will be better.
1. Atec EPS lines have high toughness, strength, resistance to damage, aging, and long service life. They also have the characteristics of fire resistance, flame retardancy, water resistance and moisture resistance, which play a very good role in protecting the wall.
2. The construction of Atek EPS line is relatively simple. It is equipped with the construction tutorial of the industry's 20-year teacher, which does not require a lot of manpower and material resources to do, and will not produce dust, noise and other pollution during the construction process.
3、 EPS lines have good decorative effect and can be applied to various shapes without cracking.
4、 EPS line is a kind of green environmental protection material, which can make the building more stylish and the environment more beautiful.
Construction environment requirements
1、 EPS lines shall be constructed away from strong wind, rain, snow, high temperature and other weather conditions. Especially in summer, if the ambient temperature is too high, the line will shrink and deform, which will reduce the strength of the bonding mortar and the strength of the surface mortar, thus affecting the service life of EPS lines.
2. Avoid direct sunlight during construction. If the light is too strong, the surface of EPS lines will be too dry, which will affect the bonding strength and make EPS lines easy to fall off. If the light is too dark, the construction progress and quality will be affected.
3. EPS line construction shall be avoided after rain and in wet weather. Because construction in rainy and wet weather will not only affect the bond strength, but also make the surface moist or appear dewing or mildew.
4. The construction shall not be carried out in an environment where the temperature is lower than 5 ℃. If the temperature is lower than 0 ℃, the bonding strength and the strength of the surface mortar will be affected.
