01、 What are EP components?
EPS decorative line is a new type of exterior wall decorative line and components, which can completely replace the traditional cement (GRC) components, and is more suitable for installation on the EPS and XPS insulated walls of exterior walls. It can not only reflect the European, classical and elegant decorative style, but also ensure that the exterior wall of the main building does not show cold and hot bridge effects; Especially for the European style high-rise buildings, it is very difficult to install (GRC) cement components. 02、 EPS component characteristics
1. Light weight. Its weight is about 1/6 of GRC decorative line, and one person can move and construct at will.
2. Paste firmly. The safety of decorative lines (components) is very important, especially the requirement of lifelong quality system. If we only focus on beautification and do not pay attention to safety, it will bring great hidden dangers. EPS decorative line is not only light, but also firmly bonded to the base wall. It is mainly bonded with polymer mortar, which is made by mixing organic glue with inorganic material cement mortar. It not only has a long service life, but also is firmly bonded.
3. Modeling is processed at will. Due to the automatic cutting of computer design modeling, the (line formation condition) style is arbitrary, simple in processing and convenient in installation.
4. Easy installation. Using special bonding materials and methods, one person can install and construct, especially for large components, only bonding installation is required.
5. The decorative lines (components) are smooth and beautiful. There is no gap between the lines. Because the gap repair materials are used between the two lines, not only all gaps disappear, but also cracks will not appear in future use.
